OnTop Mobi provides tools for managing business and personal information, including payroll, finances, employee management, and business operations. Users are responsible for reviewing all payroll, accounting, tax, financial, and legal information before submission. OnTop Mobi is a management platform and does not replace professional legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Account security
Keep your account secure and only share access with trusted users. Workspace owners are responsible for managing partners, employees, permissions, and business data access.
Data and availability
OnTop Mobi provides tools to store, organize, and display information. Keep your own records where required by law or business policy.
Updates to terms
If these terms change, you may be asked to review a short summary and accept the updated version before continuing to use the app. Previous accepted versions remain archived and accessible for legal records.
